SB 605: Addressing climate pollutants

Short-lived climate pollutants like methane and black carbon not only impact local air quality and community health, but are also the strongest, most potent pollutants causing global warming. This bill requires the Air Resources Board (ARB) to develop a comprehensive strategy to reduce short-lived climate pollutants, and to prioritize helping disadvantaged communities.
